Фронтенд, перевод фич с jquery to vanilla js and vue.js

сайт кастомный пишу его много лет, есть код легаси jquery планирую его искоренить, добавление функционала, и портирование на российский, белоруски сегмент и так далее..
Исполнитель нужен 1 человек (студии с их конвейерным подходом не подходят под костомный сайт )
Проект долгоиграющий , с вниканием в глубину UX и перфоманс страницы,
оплата сдельная по выполнению фронта работы по каждой фичи и ее тестирование 1 неделя на живом сайте пользователями. Дальше переходим выполнению другой фичи оговорив работу и стоимость.
Дедлайнов нет НО растягивать на месяцы не устраивает!

1) из фичь как тестовое работа , это перевести 
модуль написанный https://static.kremchik.ua/java/accaunt_info.js на ванильный js, а лучше реализовать на vue.js компонентами.
