1. React/Next + TS.
2. Scss, Tailwind (Will speed up development, reduce the amount of CSS code)
3. Chart.js for charts.
4. For states - redux toolkit + reselect (for caching, to avoid unnecessary re-renders)
Regarding the cost of the project. I am ready to work on the entire project (yes, the timeline will be 1-2 months) at a rate of $12 per hour - this is approximately from $2000 to $4000. It all depends on the actual volume.

Redux is possible, but I would rather use zustand or just context to make it simpler and more convenient. Because essentially, I only saw that a global state will be needed for user data and their permissions. Although, there might be a point in using Redux, but not the usual one, rather rtk query. There, you can work well with the API. But we will need to figure out what will be more relevant here.
