Здравствуйте, Макс. Я работал в трех компаниях по пригону авто из США, в двух из них был руководителем отдела маркетинга.
Генерировать клиентов и дожимать их в продажу - это не то же самое. Нужны личные встречи и менеджеры по продажам, которые будут фулл-тайм вести базу клиентов по оставленным заявкам.
Маркетолог не продаст тачку по телефону, так как у него будут другие обязанности, которые требуют временных затрат. И заточен он под другие процессы.
Под генерацию и продажу лучше выбирать отдельных специалистов, которые заточены под свой процесс и любят свое дело.

На слове процесс заостряюю внимание, так как лучше все мерероприятие рассматривать в виде четкого, продуманного комплекса действий, ставить реальные задачи перед людьми, замеряя эффективность до и после проработки конкретных этапов. Псих-одиночка не сделает всю работу сам качественно
