Свого часу я розробляв віджет Weather для елементора по виводу погоди гостю, саме по його місту, звідки би він не зайшов і записував данні по зверненню від цього клієнка в кукі браузера (можна і в localStorage), щоб не перевантажувати кількістю запитів (зберігав данні 24 год), оскільки у будь якого безкоштовного ресурсу є обмеження на кількість запитів. Використовував API https://ipapi.co/ Від цього ресурсу можна отримати як IP, так всі необхідні данні (в тому числі країну і мову) за одним запитом.
Якщо такий варіант підходе, то можу спробувати вирішити Ваше завдання. Оскільки не знаю, яка у Вас нинішня реалізація, тож і 100% гарантії дати не можу. В тому числі і як формується ваша ссилка, що саме формує слаг. Сумніви є, оскільки підозрюю, що це якийсь плагін, а це означає, що треба на підставі отриманих данних перезапускати редірект плагіна на необхідну країну і мову.
