We assist with the difficulties of Swiss bureaucracy, finding apartments, and settling in. Our target audience consists of German speakers abroad (DACH region) and international expats looking to move to Switzerland.
The Role:We are looking for a long-term, part-time freelancer (located in Eastern Europe) to take full ownership of our social media channels. You will act as our primary Content Creator and Social Media Manager.
What exactly has to be done?
Content Creation (German): You will create high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Short-form: Edit and produce daily Reels/TikToks/Shorts (using raw footage we provide or stock footage + text overlays).
YouTube: Edit approx. 1 video every 2 days (mix of Shorts and longer explanatory videos).
Posts: Create static posts/carousels (Tips, Checklists) using tools like Canva.
Posting & Scheduling: You are responsible for the daily publishing schedule across all channels.
Campaign Management: Set up and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads) to generate leads.
Community Management: Reply to comments and engage with followers in flawless German.
What is the target audience?
People currently living outside of Switzerland (Germany, Austria, etc.) who want to move here.
They are looking for help with visas, housing, insurance, and tax rules.
What criteria will we use to evaluate the result?
Language Skills: You must have excellent written German (grammar and spelling must be perfect for a Swiss audience).
Video Editing: Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar. You must know how to create "trending" editing styles (captions, hooks, cuts).
Consistency: Reliable delivery of the agreed content plan (e.g., 1 post per day).
Growth: We look at the increase in views, followers, and leads generated.
Requirements:
Location: Eastern Europe preferred.
Language: Fluent German (C1/Native level) + Communicative English.
Experience: Proven track record with Instagram Reels/TikTok growth.
