Turbotik is a TURBO (fast) and TURBOfriendly bot.
It is designed for children aged 6 to 18 in alternative forms of care.
Its purpose is to be a signaling channel for responsible adults about children's problems, containing a "red help button." There is a function for communication with assistants (adults). It also contains educational and entertaining content for children. Possibly something like that. Something fluffy and good. It can be in the form of a cloud or something, with long arms that symbolize care and hugs. The terms are limited.
