## Technical specifications for setting up telephony
Introduction
Deploy a telephony system for automatic dialing of clients and connecting with operators.
Existing equipment
* 4 GOIP 32 gateways
* Each gateway has 32 slots for SIM cards:
* Vodafone SIM cards
* Kyivstar SIM cards
Local computer (Linux can be installed on it to deploy the system)
General requirements
* Calls should be made using SIM cards of the same operator as the outgoing call (Vodafone on Vodafone, Kyivstar on Kyivstar).
* Initial setup for 10 operators with the possibility of adding new operators later.
Functional requirements
1. Receiving number for dialing
* The system should accept phone numbers via GET request (for example, `http://example.com/call?phone=380XXXXXXXXX`).
* After receiving the request, the phone number is automatically added to the call queue.
2. Channel distribution
* The system should automatically determine the operator of the phone number (Vodafone or Kyivstar).
* The call should be made through a SIM card of the same operator.
* The system should automatically select a free channel from available channels on GOIP gateways.
* Channels should be used efficiently and not occupy busy channels.
3. Connecting with the operator
* After the client picks up the phone, the system should automatically connect the client with the first available operator.
* Operators use laptops with configured dialers (software SIP phone or similar software).
* Operator connections should be implemented via telephony API.
4. Sending postback
* After the call is completed and the client is connected with the operator, the system sends a GET request (postback) to the specified URL with parameters:
* Client's phone number
* Call status (answered/not answered, busy, etc.)
* Identifier of the operator to whom the call was transferred
