We are looking for a Google Ads specialist for one of the largest sushi delivery networks in Poland!

We are one of the largest sushi delivery networks in Poland – we are already operating in 13 major cities and we have an appetite for more. We have the product, we have the team, we have a huge market ahead of us – now we are looking for someone who can help us maximize our Google Ads.

Our monthly advertising budget is around 50,000 PLN, but this is just the beginning. We want to grow, scale up, and acquire more cities and customers. We know that the sushi market in Poland has enormous potential – and we intend to take advantage of it.

But there is a problem.

We have worked with agencies for many years that promised results, but… did not deliver. We heard "give us time", "campaigns need to learn", "this is normal at the beginning" – and during that time, the budget was burning, results did not come, and we were standing still.

That’s why we are looking for a specific specialist who:

• has real experience in running campaigns in Google Ads,

• can analyze data, optimize campaigns, and deliver ROAS,

• knows e-commerce and can work with large budgets,

• is independent, thinks strategically, and is not afraid to propose changes.
