Develop a Google Apps Script that allows for the automatic sending of messages from Google Sheets to Viber, Telegram, and WhatsApp, with the order status, and Nova Poshta order status. There should be a notification in the Google Sheets that the message has been sent to the messenger, and the sending should first be to Viber, and if the client does not have Viber, then to WhatsApp.
Then, depending on the supplier of the order, it should be sent from Google Sheets to Viber, or WhatsApp, or Telegram.
The technical specifications are still being clarified; if you have experience on how to do this, please send proposals.
