Форма будет расчитана на 14-17 полей заполнения.
Форма может быть заполнена только латинским фриштом/буквами.
После заполнения и отправки данные должны отображаться в Google таблице на определенном листе и по определенной архитектуре.
Форма должна давать возможность загрузки фотографий на облачный сервер www.mega.nz
Также рассмотрим возможности загрузки документов при заполнении формы, желательно на mega.nz но другие варианты тоже возможны для рассмотрения.
Желательно иметь специальное поле для загрузки:
1. Паспорт
2. Вид на жительство
2,1 вид на жительство обратная сторона
3. Карта безопасности труда
4. Карта огневых работ
5. Налоговая карта6. фотография
7. Сертификаты
При сохранении файлы должны именоваться определенным способом- имя заполняющего + название поля для загрузки.
