Між операціями може бути 1, 2, 3 чи навіть більше рядків. Наперед невідомо скільки. У файлах змінюється кількість рядків, але розділи залишаються завжди незмінні.
По факту обробки має заповнитися файл MLD Маршрутні. Зведено.gdsheet в якому є 2 аркуші: Маршрутні та Операції заповнені по зразу з прикріплених файлів:
MLD Маршрутні. Зведено - Маршрутні.pdf
MLD Маршрутні. Зведено - Операції.pdf
Якщо у файлі є інші аркуші, то вони не мають бути змінені в процесі роботи.
Вихідний файл (файл бази; MLD Маршрутні. Зведено.gdsheet) повинен працювати в будь-якій папці Google та аналізувати файли з тієї папки, де він знаходиться).
Оновлюватися дані мають кожного разу при відкритті, але оновлювати потрібно тільки інформацію з тих файлів, що редагувалися з попереднього відкриття файлу бази).
Для роботи буде надано доступ до папки Google Drive, в якій будуть вхідні файли в потрібному форматі та вихідний файл.
