Есть есть задача. Нужно решить либо на php, либо через google spreadsheets Aps.

Суть задачи:
Написать скрипт: update_table.php (будет выполняться в cron)
Идем на лист Кандидати.
Ищем все строки для каждого отдельного значения ячеек user id (на листе Кандидати они повторяются, на листе Рекрутери они уникальные).
Берем cсуммы всех колонок "До виплати и "Виплачено" (отдельно для каждого user id).
Обновляем соответствующие значения каждой строки с уникальным user id на листе Рекрутеры.
В ячейку Баланс прописуем разницу "До виплати и "Виплачено".
Также этот скрипт должен проверять значение ячеек "Повідомлено" для каждого Кандидата. Если у кандидата значение ячейки До виплати больше 0 и значение "Повідомлено" не равняеться единицы то запускаем функцию send($user_id, $candidate_name, $candidate_lastname, $vacancy_name, $summ). функция пустая. сам допишу.
$user_id - значение ячейки $user_id
$candidate_name - Ім'я кандидата
$candidate_lastname - Прізвище кандидата
$vacancy_name - Вакансія кандидата
$summ - До виплати
+ записываем 1 в ячейку "Повідомлено" для этого кандидата.
Суть в том чтобі выполнять единоразово функцию при начислении выплат.
