Web project in Steampunk-Arcane style
About the project
We are developing a website for a VTuber platform in the steampunk-arcane style. The site should feel like a physical artifact from a fictional world — not like an ordinary web product.
The interface is built around the concept of a mechanical artifact: each button, navigation, and content block must be stylistically integrated into the overall steampunk background. All graphic elements are drawn from scratch.
What needs to be done
Redraw the decorative and interactive elements of the site. Functional elements (buttons, navigation, cards) must be tied to the stylistic background — they should not exist separately from it, but be part of it.
Key elements for development |
1. Resonance Regulator (Compass) — the central rotary navigation element. The most complex object: a physical device with rotating parts. Requires processing of several visual states. 2. Pressure Gauge (manometer) — a steampunk device in the form of a manometer with a scale that serves as a slider. 3. Artifact / scroll for lore content — a container for text and graphic content, designed as a physical artifact from a fictional world. 4. Gears and mechanical parts — a decorative set of elements of various sizes for backgrounds and UI frames. 5. Wax seals and brass plates — decorative elements for tags and content labels. 6. Background textures — metal, brass, parchment, pipes, wood. |
Style and aesthetics
The project requires a deep understanding of steampunk aesthetics and its combination with arcane / magical elements. This is not superficial decor — each element should feel like part of a cohesive fictional world.
