Можно слизать у DixonBaxi (красиво у них получается), можно придумать свои выкрутасы, плясать всё-равно надо от конкретного логотипа. Анимация в примере разной сложности, может потребовать разное время работы, но наибольшее время может уйти на решение-согласование какое лого как анимировать.
Логотипы должны быть в векторном виде, иначе всё либо усложнится (и, соответственно, подорожает), либо ухудшится.
