3D Model of the HOTAS Handle

A 3D modeler with experience in Rhino or Plasticity is needed to create an ergonomic CAD model of a HOTAS grip (joystick handle).

The basis should be the Virpil Constellation Alpha, and its external shape and ergonomics should be reproduced as accurately as possible based on the provided references and dimensions.

What is needed:

• Create a clean CAD/NURBS/SubD model manually.

• Build a closed solid body with a wall thickness of 2 mm.

• Divide the body into separate parts (left half, right half, top and front covers).

• Provide panels for future control elements without creating holes and mounting points.

• Ensure high-quality smooth surfaces at the level of a commercial product.

What is not needed:

• Electronics.

• Internal fasteners.

• Buttons, triggers, encoders, and other control elements.

Result:

• STEP (.step)

• Output file Rhino (.3dm) or Plasticity (.plasticity)
