I am looking for an experienced growth hacker / social media specialist for the organic growth of account X. The content is data-driven, in Polish, targeted at: flippers, investors, intermediaries, journalists writing about the housing market, and developers. The account currently has ~100 followers and produces regular content (posts are published at least 3 times a week).
Project goal: Increase from 100 to 1,000 followers. At least 100 of them with a blue badge (verified accounts) — journalists, industry experts, founders of companies, institutions.
Scope of work for the freelancer:
Account analysis and audit of the current strategy
Identification and systematic outreach to accounts in the real estate, personal finance, PropTech PL sectors
Engagement on posts of key accounts (comments, citations, replies)
Targeting and outreach to verified accounts — journalists (Wyborcza, Rzeczpospolita, Forsal, Spider’s Web), analysts, market experts
Weekly report: new followers, verified follow, actions of the week
Synchronization with the content calendar (I will provide the posts)
What I do NOT expect:
Purchase of followers / bots
Change of account style or writing content
Access to the password — outreach through a separate profile or agreed method
Compensation:
I prefer the model: base salary + bonus for achieving the verified goal (e.g., 50 PLN for every 10 verified above 50).
Duration:
about 10–14 weeks from the start
Requirements from the candidate:
Portfolio or case study: growth of account X in the B2B or media niche
Knowledge of the Polish market — content is in Polish, followers should also be from Poland
