About the Project
I'm an IELTS expert and educator with an established personal brand on Instagram, where I create educational content and help students prepare for the IELTS exam.

We're preparing for the launch of our new IELTS course on September 20, and we're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who can build and manage the entire paid acquisition strategy leading up to the launch and beyond.
Our primary audience is Russian-speaking people living abroad, mainly in the UK, Canada, Australia and other English-speaking countries.
Monthly advertising budget: approximately €2,000, with the possibility of increasing it if the campaigns perform well.
What we're looking for
We're not looking for someone who simply launches Facebook ads.
We're looking for a strategic marketer who can take ownership of our paid acquisition funnel and help us make data-driven decisions throughout the launch.
You will be responsible for:
Developing the overall Meta Ads strategy leading up to the course launch.
Choosing the most effective funnel (Instagram growth, lead generation, landing page traffic, webinar registrations, etc.).
Planning the advertising roadmap for the next 2–3 months.
Building and managing the Meta Ads account structure.
Launching, testing and optimizing campaigns.
Testing audiences, offers, creatives and messaging.
Monitoring performance and making optimization decisions.
Providing regular reports and recommendations for scaling.
We will create and record the content ourselves, but we expect you to provide creative direction, suggest ad concepts, messaging and video/script ideas based on campaign performance.
Requirements
Required
Strong experience with Meta Ads.
Experience promoting online educational products (EdTech).
Experience building complete acquisition funnels, not just launching ads.
Strong analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and proactively suggest solutions.
Huge advantage if you have experience with
You should also be comfortable communicating in English, as part of the communication may involve my English-speaking business partner.

Existing Meta Ads account.
Regular educational content.
Ability to quickly produce new video creatives.
Advertising budget available for testing and scaling.

We're looking for a long-term partner rather than someone for a one-time setup.
