Search for suitable resumes for the position (based on an extended list of questions) from the resume list on job sites — for example, work.ua, rabota.ua, LinkedIn.
Extract these resumes into a Google spreadsheet — analyze them by keywords and categorize them into three portrait categories. Conduct this segmentation in the table with a brief description of the candidate's experience (we will, for example, provide 3—5 questions to analyze their resume).
For example, we need resumes of all chief accountants in Kyiv, right bank, with knowledge of foreign economic activity, production, LLC, individual entrepreneurs, Medoc, management reporting, etc.
The first portrait — maximally meets the requirements.
The second portrait — the candidate lacks some of the specified parameters.
The third portrait — the candidate did not specify the required skills, but definitely lives in Kyiv on the right bank and has at least 5 years of experience as a chief accountant.
Enter resumes as links in the table under different portraits.
For the first portrait, send out our job vacancy with the main information. Add a task — if you are interested in our vacancy, choose a convenient time for a meeting with the recruiter on Zoom and specify the stages of communication.
When the candidate selects a time and date — generate a Zoom link for that time and attach it in the table, where the date and time will be visible.
For the second and third portraits, also send out the job vacancy, but ask additional questions, analyze the responses. Then, according to the algorithm — either send a selection of time and date for a Zoom interview, or decline, or submit the resume for live consideration by the recruiter and choose a time for a phone interview.

1. General concept

For profile 1:
Automatic mailing of the job vacancy.
Generation of a link to choose a convenient time for a Zoom interview.
Adding the interview time to Google Sheet.
Automatic creation of Zoom link.
For profiles 2 and 3:
Mailing of the job vacancy with additional questions.
Analysis of responses:
If the candidate is suitable → send Zoom invitation.
If not → rejection or referral to a recruiter for consideration.
Recording candidate's contact details (phone, e-mail) in Google Sheet.
