Если счёт один, то, по-моему, проще будет выписку импортировать, разве нет?
Альфа - конечно, не Приват, и API не выставляет, чтоб это можно было прямолинейно закодировать, но на крайний случай можно и через AutoIt автоматизировать.

Строим CashFlow - это фин отчет, в который капают данные на ежедневной основе о приходах/расходах с текущего счета в банке.

В Google Sheets данные можно вносить через API (см. пример на .NET). Если из банка выписку невозможно получить в автоматическом режиме, то и почту можно анализировать тоже через подобное API. В результате получится приложение (напр., для Windows с использованием .NET), которое читает почту и обновляет таблицу.
В принципе, можно и напрямую закодировать на Google Apps Script - будет работать в браузере.
Вам какой вариант больше подходит?

API это значит надо будет получать ключи и в gmail и в Google Sheets.
Проще выглдяит Google Apps Script, что бы каждые 15-30 минут проверял почту и в случае, если найдет подходящее письмо, выгружал из него нужные данные (название платильщика, сумму, дату, остаток). Всю другую инфо не выгружал.
