импорт товаров из CSV (Joomshopping)

текущая ситуация такова, при импорте товаров с помощью аддона - Simple Import in CSV UTF8 by neut ral, не импортируются названия товаров на русском языке (т.е. поле "название товара" просто пустое)
платформа - Joomla
модуль магазина - Joomshopping
