Замечательный размеры по участку. Только не понятно- где участки соседей и где дорога проходит. ( мы же не в экстрасенсеров, для конкурса..... или таки да ).
Уважаемый НектоV, это же третий заход, глядя по цене в этот раз с серьёзными намерениями.

А вы я вижу сильный специалист у которого времени много что бы считать чьи- то заходы и писать тут коменты.

Более менее серьезные намерения, это если за эту цену делать только КР ))
И то там еще надо смотреть архитектуру и оценить, что там за дом и какая сложность.
