But sometimes Google Ads itself can glitch: for example, the problem with rejecting the company's logo and name in search ads was resolved by support from June 20, 2023, until August 19, 2023, until the request was transferred to the technical department of Google Ads, and they intervened manually. And it took a month because Google employees actively take vacations in spring and summer and after 4-5 days transfer the request to other colleagues.
