Goip это шлюз который соединяет звонок с сим карт на IP телефон или приложение.
Решение вопроса следующее:
установить например на роутер Asterisk
установить в CRM коннектор voip - на сайте EspoCRM цена указана
Если планируете использовать Ip телефоны то покупаете нужное количество
аппаратов.
И только потом этап настройки Asterisk, Goip шлюз и Телефонные аппараты.
