Если есть готовые проверенные модули, которые 100% корректно работают, готовы рассмотреть их.
Если модулей нормальных нету — тогда нужно реализовать написать эту выгрузку для Content API самому

Задача в том, что б цены которые были изменены на сайте, автоматически подтягивались в мерчант, сразу после изменения на сайте

у вас же цены не меняются постоянно. можете по ночам выгружать в мерчант.

Фид можно ручной написать. И поставить чтоб он обновлялся каждые 30мин или каждый час. И будет всё норм.
