Integration of Meta Conversion API, GoHighLevel CRM, automated export of lead statuses to Google Sheets
Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced automation/integration specialist (Zapier/Make/API) to optimize the lead management and reporting process. The project includes integrating Meta Conversion API with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, automatically exporting lead statuses through the funnel into Google Sheets, and setting up a workflow for two Call Setters who qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales manager.
Tasks:
1. Integration of Meta Conversion API and GoHighLevel CRM
Integrate GoHighLevel CRM with Meta (Facebook) Conversion API for accurate event tracking (leads, recorded calls, etc.) in Facebook Ads.
Display key funnel stages/events in GHL corresponding to Conversion API events.
Configure deduplication, event matching, and diagnostics.
Prepare integration documentation and support recommendations.
2. Automatic export of lead statuses to Google Sheets
Automatically export/update lead statuses from GoHighLevel pipeline into Google Sheets.
Each row should contain the funnel stage, responsible Call Setter, contacts, and timestamps.
The table should be updated regularly (ideally in real-time or every 15 minutes).
The table should be user-friendly for analytics and filtering.
3. Workflow setup for Call Setters
Create and configure a workflow in GHL for 2 Call Setters:
Automatic distribution of new leads between Call Setters (equally or alternately).
Enable Call Setters to communicate with leads (SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls) directly from GHL.
Update lead status by Call Setter (e.g., "Contacted", "Qualified", "Not Interested").
If the lead is qualified, automatically schedule a meeting with the sales manager (via GHL Calendar or another integrated service).
The sales manager receives notifications about new meetings.
Ensure that the same lead is not processed simultaneously by both Call Setters.
Maintain a log of actions and communications with leads.
4. Training and documentation
Provide step-by-step documentation for all integrations and workflows.
(Optional) Conduct a short online call/demo for the team.
5. Support
Provide support for 7–14 days after project delivery to troubleshoot issues or make minor adjustments.
Expected results:
Working integration of Meta Conversion API ↔ GoHighLevel (events correctly transmitted to Meta).
Automated and regularly updated Google Sheet with lead statuses.
Configured workflow in GHL for 2 Call Setters and transfer of scheduled meetings to the sales manager.
Delivery of all documentation and access credentials.
(Optional) Training session for the team.
