Если я правильно понял - Вам нужно создать обработку выгрузки/загрузки для 1С. Или Вы хотите что-то другое?

Вы смотрели файл прикрепленный к заданию?
База пустая, товар будет из Остора загружаться в 1С, а и 1С в Остор данные по типу цены, наличие....посмотрите файл -
Я посмотрел файл. Там две колонки Web-1C - это загрузка данных из Вашего сайта в 1С. Т.е. Ваш сайт или Web-приложение умеет формировать файл с данными обозначенными в указанной колонке. Нужно взять этот файл и загрузить данные в 1С. Чтобы это сделать нужно знать структуру данных в базе 1С. А базы 1С разные и структура у них тоже разная. Какая именно у Вас база 1С Вы не указываете. "Пустая база" - языком 1С означает, что в ней нет никаких пользовательских данных, но подразумевается что база уже есть, там есть все что нужно для начала работы. Или Вы еще не знаете какую базу 1С будете использовать?
