Краткое описание проблемы
В аккаунте PayPal создана форма приема платежей

В форме есть несколько не нужных полей почтового адреса и телефона.
Хотелось бы эти поля убрать, так как товар электронный и высылается на email.
Попробовал убрать поля адреса, несколько полей удалось убрать, но поле индекса осталось.
Номер телефона запретил указывать заказчикам на уровне аккаунта PayPal, но всё равно это поле появляется в форме оплаты REST API app.
Цель проекта
Удалить из платежной формы PayPal поля адреса (адрес-индекс-область) и телефона.
