Інтеграція сайтів з AmoCR
Треба інтегрувати сайти з AmoCRM:
заявки з сайтів https://kapitel.lviv.ua/ та http://remontuk.lviv.ua/ повинні падати у воронку: “Ремонти”
заявки з сайтів www.kapitel-z.com.ua та http://kotedgi.kapitel.lviv.ua/ повинні падати у воронку: “Продаж будинків”
Якщо заявка вже є в активних етапах - створюється задача, що клієнт повторно залишив заявку
Якщо заявка вже є на закритому етапі (Реалізовано/Відмова) - створюється нова сделка
Потрібно написати скрипт, який буде прокидати заявку з Тільди.
Створити контакт та сделку на відповідального менеджера.
Перекидати потрібно такі поля:
Назва сделки “Заявка з сайту *домен сайту*”
Ім’я, телефон та email перекидати в контакт
Пересилати url в поле url-сайту (Група аналітика)
Надсилати utm-мітки (Група аналітика)
utm-source
utm-medium
utm-campaign
utm-term
utm-content
Потрібно написати кастомний скрипт, який буде прокидати заявку з чату Venyoo.
Створити контакт та сделку на відповідального менеджера.
Потрібно перекидати такі поля:
Назва сделки - Заявка з чату «домен сайту»
В назву контакта - ім‘я клієнта
В номер телефону/мейл - номер/мейл клієнта
Також прокидати UTM-мітки в групу полів «Аналітика», а саме:
utm_source
utm_medium
Utm_campaign
Utm_term
URL-сайту
Текст повідомлення з чату прокидати в «Примечания»
На всіх сайтах має бути контроль дублів по номеру телефону - перевіряти по останніх 10 цифрах.
Додатково: Треба зробити віджет (або сторінку на сайті), в якому можна буде вибирати між ким розподіляти заявки і ваги(коефіціент) розподілу.
