Потрібно створювати контакт та сделку на відповідального менеджера при заявці з усіх форм сайту.

Поля, які потрібно перекидувати при заявці:
Ім‘я - Ім‘я контакта
Номер телефону - телефон контакта
Запитання, повідомлення чи інші деталі - Примечания сделки
Utm-мітки - групу полів «Аналітика» в сделці
Заявки потрібно створювати у воронку «Продаж» на етап «Новий клієнт»
Контроль дублів:
Контроль дублів потрібно здійснювати по останніх 10-ти цифрах номеру телефону. (Але потрібно фільтрувати риски, дужки та пробіли).
Якщо заявку заповнив існуючий клієнт, тоді потрібно діяти за такою логікою:
Створюється задача на відповідального менеджера в сделці на активній стадії, якщо сделка на неактивній стадії — створюється ще одна сдєлка з тим же контактом (відповідальний за сделку той, хто відповідальний за контакт).
Що таке активна стадія?
Це етап всі етапи воронки, окрім «Успішних»(Зелений) та «Не успішних»(Сірий)
Яку треба ставити Задачу?
«Клієнт залишив заявку з сайту URL-caйту. Зателефонуйте та дізнайтеся у чому причина» + якщо є заповнене повідомлення чи запитання в формі, то його додавати до тексту задачі (“Запитання від клієнта: текст від клієнта”)
Задачу ставити на 10хв після залишення заявки.
Розподіл відповідальних менеджерів:
Потрібно призначати на нову сделку постійно різних відповідальних менеджерів.
Треба створити веб-сторінку на сайті або віджет, у якому можна буде обирати кому будуть розподілятися заявки та вага(коефіціент).
Поява нових менеджерів чи звільнення старих не повинна впливати на роботу розподілу.
