Integration Telegram → Make.com → Asana

🎯 Goal:

Set up an integration that will allow automatic task creation in Asana based on messages received in the group chat in Telegram with managers.

📌 Functionality:

1. Telegram bot must be added to the group chat with managers.

2. When a message in the format arrives in the group chat:

   pw: buy milk
rm: order napkins
lob: write a report


   – the bot must capture this message and trigger a scenario in Make.com.

3. Make.com must:

   • read the message

   • determine which project in Asana the task belongs to (based on prefixes: pw:, rm:, lob:)

   • create a task in Asana in the appropriate project

   • set the task name (without the prefix)

   • assign a responsible person (based on the same prefix)

🧩 Parameters in Asana:

• Project PW → ID: 1208370054763364, responsible: UserID_PW

• Project RM → ID: 1208370041518769, responsible: UserID_RM

• Project LOB → ID: 1208370020546509, responsible: UserID_LOB

✅ Expected result:

• Message pw: order coffee → creates a task "order coffee" in the project PW with the assigned responsible person.

• If the message does not contain a correct prefix — the task is not created or is created with default parameters.

• All functions work stably, without errors.

🛠 What has already been done:

• Telegram bot created

• Make.com and Asana accounts set up and connected

• The preliminary logic in Make has already been tested but requires refinement or complete recreation from scratch

📂 What needs to be provided:

• Provide deployment instructions or leave the project in Make active

• Test and provide an example of the settings
