Скорее всего необходимо задействовать API Google для синхронизации контактов CRM с контактами Google и только тогда подтянется контакт в мессенджеры.
Так же рассмотреть возможность делать тоже самое с FB Messenger
Еще должна происходить валидация контакта во всех мессенджерах по номеру телефона и e-mail
Все переписки должны быть во вкладке или блоке "Заметки" или отдельный блок со всеми мессенджерами в единой вкладке в "Лидах" или "Клиентах"
