We can take on not only the integration but also the ongoing support and development of your internal CRM. Relevant experience includes corporate systems, CRM, API integrations, telephony, action history of managers, message templates, status tracking, and long-term support after launch.
I would do this through a separate integration layer between 1C 8.3 / BAS and Viber - webhooks for incoming messages, a message queue for outgoing messages, phone normalization, correspondence logs, linking to subscribers and requests, manager permissions, templates, and error logging. It’s better not to embed everything chaotically into 1C forms - a penny-wise person pays twice, and integrations especially dislike this =)
