Configuration of PZ:
There is a server on which the PZ is located.
There is a conditional iPhone/iPad on which the SumUp app is installed and the APP app must be installed
Server generates different requests.
The APP add-on with the specified frequency searches the cash for the availability of requests (as an option, the cash sends a request to the APP, which is in the request waiting mode)
If there are requests on the cash, the APP re-addresses them to SumUp through the relevant SDK
SumUp sends the corresponding commands to the card terminal via Bluetooth (he knows how to do this, you just need to send the commands and receive the answers)
SumUp receives card terminal answers
SumUp sends answers to the app
App add-on transmits cash answers
In fact, the APP makes a connection between the cash and SumUp, receiving and sending requests to both sides.SDK can be viewed here:

Я так понял у Вас есть терминал

По сути я так понял это продолжение(клонирование этого терминала) Как бы после установки sdk их становится 2-3 4 в зависимости от Ваших телефонов
Но тут проблема для разработки нужен такой же проприаритарный терминал-Чтоб видеть что наше приложение -"Толкнуло терминал и он ответил и процессинг пошел дальше"
Ибо у них есть и АПИ для онлайн оплаты -в этом случае поднимается их страничка в браузере где вводится номер карты(что не комильфо для заведения-я думаю у Вас первый вариант) ?
