iOS BLE Background Service

Project Description:
Step 1
1. Create a background service in iOS that constantly work regardless if the App is open or close and constantly communicate with selected BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) Device(s).
2. The Service need to capture the RSSI value from the BLE device every 500 milliseconds and save the RSSI value in a file or database (SQL lite)
Step 2
3. The Service need to be able to communicate with Array (multiple) BLE device as in #2 and save the RSSI value for each of the BLE devices
4. Save all events received from the BLE Device such as Power on, Power Off, Button Press, Low Battery
Deliverable Expectations:
1. An iOS mobile app with the ability to select multiple BLE devices
2. The app will display the last 10 RSSI values for each BLE device
3. If a RSSI value is missing or not available and "!" will display instead.
