Task:
We need an experienced marketer who will develop and help implement a comprehensive marketing strategy from scratch.
Technical assignment (TA)
Goal: Develop a step-by-step plan for attracting B2B clients in Europe.
What should be included in the strategy:
-- Competitor analysis:
- Study 3-5 key competitors in the European market.
- Identify their strengths and weaknesses, unique selling propositions, pricing policies, and promotion channels.
-- Target audience analysis (TA):
- Define and segment our TA in the B2B sector of Europe (for example, by industry, company size, positions).
- Create 2-3 detailed profiles of key clients (Buyer Personas), describing their "pain points," needs, and decision-making processes.
-- Building sales funnels:
- For each client profile, design a separate attraction funnel (from the first touchpoint to handing over the lead to the sales department).
- Describe the customer journey (Customer Journey Map) at each stage.
Development of comprehensive promotion:
- Propose and justify the choice of advertising channels for each funnel, taking into account the specifics of the European market.
Must work on:
- Google Ads (Search, GDN)
- LinkedIn (targeted advertising, content)
- Facebook / Instagram (targeted advertising)
Assess applicability and propose a strategy for:
- TikTok and other channels, if deemed appropriate.
- Include other relevant tools in the strategy: content marketing (articles, case studies), SEO, email marketing.
Final result:
You will provide a single document ("Marketing Strategy") that will include all the above points, as well as:
- Recommended budget for promotion.
- Key performance indicators (KPI).
- Step-by-step action plan for the first 3-6 months.
Key requirements for the candidate:
Proven experience in B2B marketing (ideally in IT or SaaS).
Experience working with the European market.
Practical skills in working with Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
English language proficiency sufficient for competitor analysis and creating advertising campaigns.
