Neonika is an immersive entertainment project in downtown Los Angeles. We are looking for a targeting specialist to take over the advertising account from the previous specialist and drive ticket sales.
What needs to be done within the project:
- Audit of the advertising account, pixel, server analytics, and funnel. Written report with hypotheses and work plan — within the first 3 days.
- Launch advertising to a cold audience: 10 creatives (short videos + user-generated content) and test 4 audience hypotheses.
- Launch 3 campaigns to retarget audiences based on accumulated data (website visitors, video views, engagement) with separate creatives for each stage of the funnel.
- Find working combinations: at least 2 iterations of updating creatives and audiences based on data.
- Scale working combinations to a stable sales volume.
- Weekly reports + final documentation with working combinations and recommendations.
What the client provides:
- Access to the advertising account with a configured pixel and server analytics
- Data and statistics from previous campaigns
- Brief from the previous targeting specialist
- Source materials for creatives (videos, photos, user-generated content)
- Advertising budget (separate from the cost of work)
Project goal: ticket sales from advertising and confirmed scalable combinations.
Additionally (by agreement): launching a test campaign on TikTok.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience working with the American market, preferably with Los Angeles
- Cases in the entertainment/events/local business/hospitality niches
- Ability to quickly identify problems in the funnel and test hypotheses
- Experience with short videos and user-generated content
- Advanced level of advertising on Meta: budget allocation strategies, advanced campaigns, lookalike audiences, server analytics
