Это всего лишь моё мнение. Но всё же. Я уже не первый раз вижу сообщение "ищу опытного специалиста". И потом уточнение - "на цмс".
На мой скромный взгляд, если ищите на ЦМС - то нужно искать не опытного специалиста, т.к. "опытные" как раз таки уходят с ЦМС по многим причинам. Да и специалисты в ЦМС не нужны. Они созданы, что бы клиент сам мог настроить 90% и сэкономить. На оставшиеся 10 ищется верстальщик с мини-знаниями пхп.

Если клиента устраивает ЦМС, но нужно добавить дополнительный функционал, который отсутствует в ЦМС, нет смысла отказыватся от ЦМС и писать весь функционал сайта с нуля на другом движке или фреймворке. Достаточно просто добавить в ЦМС недостающий функционал. Речь не идёт о настройке ЦМС, а о написании к ЦМС дополнительного или изменении имеющегося в ЦМС функционала.
