Looking for a cold traffic specialist / media buyer for a crypto / fintech Telegram project.
Project: Telegram bot Astra — a product in the field of cryptocurrency, trading signals, market analysis, and user automation. The project is currently being prepared for promotion, so we need a specialist who can help develop an initial strategy for attracting cold audiences and propose a clear action plan.
We need not just someone who will "launch ads," but a specialist who understands cold traffic, funnels, creatives, ad combinations, and user acquisition in Telegram.
What needs to be done within the project:

warming up the audience in Telegram;
content, trust, results, explanations;
transition from the Telegram group to the main product;
selling a subscription to the Telegram bot.
Help with content logic:
what videos to make;
what topics can attract a cold audience;
what hooks to use;
how to package the crypto / trading product for advertising;
how to make the content engaging rather than boring;
what formats are best for Reels / Shorts / TikTok.
Help with advertising and targeting:
propose a structure for advertising campaigns;
provide recommendations for creatives;
suggest test hypotheses;
describe possible audiences;
explain how to analyze results;
propose an approach to optimizing the cost per lead / subscriber / customer.
Experience in traffic arbitrage is also of interest.
If you have worked with crypto, fintech, Telegram projects, trading, investment products, communities, or subscription services — this will be a big plus.
Work format:
This is a one-time project to develop an initial promotion strategy and a plan for launching cold traffic.
You need to analyze the project, propose promotion channels, an advertising funnel, ideas for creatives, a testing structure, and a clear plan for initial actions.
The budget is specified for consultation / idea audit / development of a starting promotion plan.
