We need a video editor to create advertising creatives in the online yoga subscription niche.
It is necessary to edit 5 basic advertising creatives. Each of them consists of a main part and several different hooks that need to be inserted at the beginning for testing in Meta Ads.
The main part of each creative needs to be edited once, after which separate versions with different hooks should be prepared.
In total, according to the current scripts, 27 versions of creatives with different hooks need to be made.
## Estimated duration of the videos
The duration will depend on the specific hook and the pace of the recorded voiceover:
1. “3 reasons why I have been practicing yoga for 15 years” — approximately 35–45 seconds.
2. “5 signals from the body after 40” — approximately 95–115 seconds.
3. “Advice for women after 40” — approximately 50–60 seconds.
4. “Top 4 elements of women's health after 40” — approximately 35–45 seconds.
5. “In 2 months, you will thank yourself” — approximately 38–48 seconds.
Separate versions may differ in duration by a few seconds depending on the hook. The voiceover has already been recorded, so the exact timing will be clear after reviewing the materials.
## Formats of the finished videos
Each final version with a separate hook needs to be prepared in two formats:
- 9:16 — vertical format for Instagram/Facebook Reels and Stories;
- 4:5 — format for Instagram and Facebook feed.
A full adaptation of the composition for each format is required, not just automatic cropping of the frame.
Subtitles, text highlights, the face of the heroine, and all important visual elements must remain in a safe visible area and not be covered by the Instagram and Facebook interface.
Thus, the total volume is:
27 versions with different hooks × 2 formats = approximately 54 finished video files.

Materials will be organized in folders. If necessary, relevant footage from other folders or additional stock materials can be used if they better convey the content of a specific fragment.
## What needs to be done
- Edit 5 basic advertising creatives.
- Prepare separate versions with each provided hook.
- Adapt each version to the 9:16 and 4:5 formats.
- Add readable subtitles and key text highlights.
- Check subtitles against the provided text.
- Place subtitles in a safe area so they are not covered by buttons, descriptions, account names, likes, and other interface elements.
- Select appropriate background music.
- Work qualitatively with sound: the voice must be clear, understandable, and brought to the forefront.
- Ensure that the music does not overpower the voiceover and the viewer does not have to strain to hear.
- If necessary, add stock videos, images, graphics, animations, emojis, zooms, and other relevant editing techniques.
## What kind of editing we need
The creatives should be dynamic, interesting, and hold the audience's attention, but at the same time not be overloaded with effects.
The visuals should change often enough to keep the viewer's interest, but the editing should not look chaotic.
Transitions, graphics, and additional inserts should enhance the meaning of the voiceover.
For example, if the text talks about fatigue, back pain, flexibility, strength, balance, weight loss, or activity in older age, the visuals should help the viewer better understand that specific idea.
Random beautiful inserts just for the sake of changing the frame are not needed. Each transition should serve a specific function:
- explain what has been said;
- enhance the emotion;
- demonstrate an example;
- redirect the viewer's attention.
We expect the editor to be independent and understand advertising editing: the ability to determine where a change of shot, text highlight, stock transition, graphic element, or other technique is needed.
## Requirements for the performer
- Experience in editing Reels, TikTok, or short advertising videos.
- Understanding the principles of maintaining attention in advertising creatives.
- Ability to work with hooks, subtitles, transitions, and sound design.
- Understanding the specifics of video creatives for Meta Ads.
- Ability to adapt editing to 9:16 and 4:5 formats.
- Ability to work according to the technical task while also offering relevant solutions.
- Attention to detail and adherence to agreed deadlines.
Experience working with online product advertising, fitness, yoga, health, or products for a female audience will be an advantage.
