как мне показалось, все очень долго грузится, посмотрите Хостинг / Статистика / Лог-файлы / Ошибки, на вашем хостинге https://www.ukrnames.com/
и скиньте свой файл htaccess в лс, в течении часа думаю исправим

я не чекал вапой, но если там nginx то откуда взяться 500му, скорее всего поэтому там и стоит связка нгинкс+апач

Ошибка вероятнее всего, что исчерпывается лимит php памяти. но кто , точнее что ее убивает -неизвестно. сайт почистила по максимуму. не помогает(

в процессах смотрите кто грузит больше всего проц, и там уже по ниточке к проблеме
