Тут может быть несколько ситуаций:
1. Если я правильно понял в коде фигурируют левые ссылки, может быть взломан и хостинг заблокировал отправку писем до очистки сайта. Это одна ситуация и цена.
2. Если не отправляются из за неправильной настройки на сайте или хостинге это другая ситуация.
3. Если попадают в спам и клиент думает что письма не отправляются это третья ситуация.
Еще цена зависит от CMS. Покажите URL сайта, на каком хостинге, когда перестало отправлять, была ли при этом просадка или сам с сайта шел. Было бы отлично получить доступы и проверить хоть вкратце чтобы оценить задачу.
Жду минимум URL и админку сайта чтобы проверить. Если WordPress поправим на 99%, если другой движок, то нужно будет смотреть. С вирусами боремся эффективно если у вас эта проблема, пишите.
