Regarding the first point, the problem lies not only in duplicates, there are issues with URLs and access rules by URL and permanent links. This can be fixed in the code, but on individual pages where duplicates actually exist, we can set up redirects and install a plugin for self-management of redirects.
As for point 3, there is a question of which pages should be included in the site map. I understand that the map should be dynamic and have logic for including pages and creating a list. We need to agree on what the list and map page will look like, as well as consider several options for dynamically including pages in the site map.
All work can be completed within a day, which amounts to approximately 8-9 working hours. If the deadlines are not too urgent, these hours can be spread over two days, around 4-5 hours per day.
