Изготовить приложение-браузер (в нем будет открываться только один сайт) с пуш-уведомлениями и отправкой поста (картинка + текст) в приложение в инстаграм (пост для инстаграма берется с сайта и передается в приложение инстаграм)

Функционал приложения:
1. браузер в котором жестко зашит один сайт
2. push уведомления
3. передачи картинки (видео) + текста в приложение инстаграм при нажатии на кнопку "опубликовать" на "сайте"
Изготовителя выберу по срокам и ценам.

Для тех кто будет разрабатывать, когда в браузер жестко зашит сайт и это типа нативное приложение, то нужно использовать либо electron, либо nw.js.
Если приложение под Android, то можно юзать React Native(кстати, на нем написан инстаграм).
