Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update an existing ecommerce website built on PHP, ensuring its smooth functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new features, enhancements, and optimizations to meet business requirements.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, resolving them promptly to minimize downtime and maintain user satisfaction.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to code quality improvements to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of the website.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the website's functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PHP development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript for client-side scripting and interaction.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
