Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform, providing timely assistance and resolving their crypto-related questions, concerns, and requests.
- Deliver accurate information about cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and Pexo AI's products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, deposit and withdrawal processes, and general support, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of basic cryptocurrency concepts and terminology to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles, preferably in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Solid knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and general crypto market trends.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex crypto concepts to customers with varying levels of knowledge.
