We are now looking for a Financial Assistant / Junior Financial Manager to support project execution, calculations, and communication between team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating financial tables and models (cost structure, profit distribution, taxes).
- Collect and organize data from accountants, consultants, and managers.
- Support the development of financial strategies and prepare short analytical materials.
- Manage projects: set and track tasks, control deadlines, coordinate participants.
- Prepare short reports and updates on current project status.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in financial administration, management accounting, or project management.
- Solid skills in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, data organization).
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to organize workflow, maintain communication, and manage task execution.
- Fluent Russian and English
