Red Button — a Ukrainian multi-product IT company that is actively expanding its presence in the Kazakhstan market.
We are looking for a specialist who can lead the client from the first contact to the complete closure of the order: communication, gathering requirements, transferring tasks to authors, and support in CRM.

Project tasks:

• Processing incoming requests from clients.

• Communication in messengers using prepared scripts.

• Gathering all details regarding the order and drafting technical requirements.

• Transferring tasks to authors for cost and timeline estimation.

• Handling objections and closing the deal.

• Supporting the client at all stages of the work execution.

• Coordinating interaction between the client and the performers.

• Managing correspondence and updating statuses in CRM.

Requirements for the specialist:

• Fluent oral and written communication in Kazakh and Russian.

• Communicative, responsible, polite.

• Experience in sales or support — will be a plus.

Collaboration format:

• Remote work.

• Paid training — we teach from scratch.
