Need a Client Manager (Kazakhstan) for a Long-Term Project

Red Button is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company actively expanding in the Kazakhstan market.
We are looking for a specialist who can lead the client from the first contact to the complete closure of the order: communication, gathering requirements, passing tasks to authors, and support in CRM.

Project Tasks:

• Processing incoming requests from clients.

• Communication in messengers using prepared scripts.

• Gathering all details and requirements for the order, preparing the technical specification.

• Passing information to authors for cost and timeline estimation.

• Handling objections and bringing the deal to payment.

• Supporting the client at all stages of work execution.

• Coordinating interaction between the client and the performer.

• Maintaining correspondence and updating statuses in CRM.

Requirements for the Specialist:

• Fluent oral and written communication in Kazakh and Russian.

• Communicability, responsibility, politeness.

• Experience in sales or support will be a plus.
