2. Design and Layout Requirements

• Concept: The booklet should be visually appealing and reflect the key values of the brand: premium quality, design excellence, reliability, and attention to detail. The style should be minimalist, "clean," with an emphasis on high-quality images of projects.

• Color Palette: The main colors should match the brand book.

• Fonts: Fonts should be consistent with the corporate style and easily readable for both headings and body text.
