Снимая показания датчиков, реализовать управление отопительных прибором в помещении.
Набор компонентов:
- LCD 2004
- энкодеры и кнопки для управления
- ds18b20
- Датчик пламери/движения
- фотоезисторы ИК излучения
- ШИМ регулятор 2 канала (управление разными системами), управление через ПИД регулятор.
- твердотельные реле
И еше прочие компоненты.
Архитектуру постройки кода распишу в ЛС.
Требования: реализация стабильной и корректной работы кода на arduino UNO, DUE, nano.
Возможность отключения датчиков, без потери логики процесса.

if on esp then you can have a web interface and control via MQTT
from 18v20 better on NTC sensors, then hot disconnection and connection of sensors is possible, +18b20 if unlucky you can also get self-heating, NTC are cheap and available
похожее собирал,предлагаю на есп12 например,олед 0.96(но можно и на 2004)
но на оледе можно и картинки ,графики и анимацию
если на есп то можно веб интерфейс и управление через MQTT
от 18в20 лучше на NTC датчиках,тогда и горячее отключение и подключение датчиков можно,+18б20 если неповезет можно и на саморозагрев попасть,NTC дешевы и доступны
